My PC can't read facts from my external drive can I release the notes somehow somewhere else?

Does your external drive appear within your My Computer window? Did your external drive defence come with a driver compact disc? Did you install that? If so try re-installing it. If not, look on the internet for the driver you need, download and install it. (You are using a USB external drive, right?)

Installing that drive inside your computer would work too but if you don't know what you're doing capture someone else to do it. The nice thing give or take a few the externals is that you can turn them on and off as needed thus extending the drive vivacity considerabley.

Remove it from the drive cabinet and install it inside your computer.
