Everytime I try to use nero to burn a video compact disc I get a buffer underrun error. I preserve all processes I can close and burn at a slow speed but I can't fix it. Anything I can do that I haven't tried?
I'm using Nero 7.5 by the approach.
Nero buffer underrun?
If your CD burner and your complex drive are on the same IDE rut, this will happen. IDE can singular transfer background in one direction at a time to one device at a time.
every drive made contained by the last few years enjoy buffer underrun protection integrated. Check the drive options to take home sure it's enabled. If it's an older drive, you may want to upgrade to a clean one, or at least upgrade the firmware.
Most likrly you do not own - mem, or try burning at lower speed
There must be a setting in Nero to increase the amount of RAM allocated for buffer. Look for any checkboxes that mention buffer underrun protection as capably. You can also check your drive's settings to manage:
Control panel -> system -> hardware/device head -> IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers. If your CD device shows as PIO, try conveyance it to DMA, it might help speed up the buffer.
Are you burning a muti sesion disk? do you hold it set to automatic? do you have the memeory to run the program and ending does it need to be rendered earlier you copy it?
