I enjoy a sabrent usb/firewire hub with a pci card that I cannot gain to work. installed right way, but computer will not endorse when i plug in firewire or usb device...any tips or suggestion?
Pci card has 3 usb ports on hindmost, with connections for 2 firewire ports and 3 usb on hub that sits surrounded by 3.5 bay. Uses 2pr of 2 wires to connect pci to hub. PLZ HELP!!

I'm assuming that it's the ports on the 3.5 inlet that you're having trouble beside. Also I assume that you have successfully installed the drivers for your PCI controller.
First do a early test near another USB device to make sure that it powers up and Windows detected it properly. If not, after it's likely that within is a connection problem between your PCI card and the ports.
