I hold a NEC 3550A dvd burner in my computer. It worked impeccably with Windows XP Pro, but since I installed Media Center it solitary works about 25% of the time. It's nice of hit or miss. It is more likely to burn a dvd correctly than a cd. Any support would be great.
NEC DvD burner will not burn?
Update the firmware on the NEC drive :
