A better graphics card probably won't trademark the difference you think it will on a computer beside a CPU that slow. You are probably better off to be looking at replacing the CPU/motherboard first (or getting a unharmed new PC).
nvidia7600 ... but u stipulation to determine what bus u have ... plain pci, agp, or pci express .... if u are fixed to plain pci there are not tons choices ... maybe an nvidia 5200 but its not going to do ably with the up-to-the-minute games
I agree in getting a strange processor and also you might want to get a more memory atleast a see.
if you dont have pci express but a agp. a nvida 6800GT 256meg card would be plenty to run games on untill you can obtain a new computer. what I have in my P4 2.0 computer and run BF2 in low to prevailing conditions settings. anyone that knows BF2 know its a resource hog game.
