when i insert any pen drive or card reader my mouse pointer starts vibrate i tried re-installing windows also i know the problem is beside a hardware can anyone say how much may a usb slot for my celeron workstation cost in India(only contained by India)

What Operating System are you running? Windows XP should be able to automatically install drivers for most generic USB devices. So you might wanna upgrade to XP (if you haven't already), or grasp the drivers for the USB device...check the support section on the website of the product for the drivers.
