Manual focus. Twist the lens to focus.



Dirty lens. Clean beside lens cleaning tissue.



Packing material still on cam. Remove it.
I don't know which specific model of cam you have. Their must be some sort of focus ring around the lens.
After you catch done cybering with your trellis pals, you should mop up your hands in the past you put away your web cam... Clean the lens and stop doing that or you'll move about blind!
