i own them plugged in and everything article but no sound comes out of them.. i know they work, they're not broken i have to fix my computer and re-install everything and for some reason they wont worl.. if i shift on control panel and sounds the first page that comes up (Volume) is locked or froze or somthing.. how do you un-freeze itor un-block it?

did you set your speakers to be the audio output? go to Sounds and Audio Devices within your Control Panel and there should be an odds to change your evasion Sound playback device. If that's not the problem, I don't know.
