My Speakers when I turn them up lofty they get really staticy even though when I do turn them down you can still hear them. I updated the Drivers on the nouns card Its a brand new so it cant be that. What can be the problem? I stingy I have no cell phones or house phones around it.

The humming nouns that comes from speakers is sometimes due to bad connectors on the cable connecting the speakers to the PC nouns out. Just unplug this cable and try to see if it is damaged or if the pin does not form properly. An incompletely inserted pin also produces the same effect.
Best opening to find out would be to borrow another set of speakers to try it out.
If it still gives static the problem probably lies contained by the sound card and you might want to open the cabinet and re-seat it if it is a card. If it is built into the mother-board consequently you could buy another card (~5$).

We had a buzzing surrounded by our computer's speakers and did all the updates to no avail, later our power source went out. We replaced it and the buzzing disappeared. I don't know if that could be the problem but, righteous luck!
