My picture on my cam keep freezing?

i redo my cam and the same article happens. can someone convey me how to fix this or am i missing a file somewhere.I redownloaded from 2 diff discs and equal thing

If you own an older computer your processor may be have a hard time keeping up near the video. Or if you're plugging it into a USB 1.1 port it may be too slow, most video cameras require USB 2. Also, if you are using other USB devices at the same time they might be using up the bandwidth and your camera may not own enough to work properly.
